A small suggestion
The services provided by SumUp is so good. It helps me to accept all type of cards for payment in a small shop. Their customer services is also good and reply to my query in a short time frame. However, I have experienced the down time once during my operation. Fortunately, the services can be resumed in a reasonable time. Machine is OK
Machine is OK, but elderly people struggle with the touch buttons and sometimes they are to sensitive. I've had it for 2 years but to be honest I'm looking at the Izettle as the buttons are better.
