I love sum up - I have stocked items in my shop & can also record cash sales. Very easy to use and can do contactless - customers are confident and receipts can be re sent if requested. A must for any small businesses.

Very handy card reader. simple to use. has great functions and has the facility to send receipts via email or mobile instantly. It even records on the map where the payment was taken. No monthly fees.

I have used SumUp for around 18 months and have found the service to be excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend to others.

Slow transaction

Slow transaction 3 days could do better There is absolutely no reason why in this technological age with the faster payments and all the contactless systems can’t be instant If this makes a difference then ok

Why pay more when you can pay much less?

Why pay more when you can pay much less? We've been using SumUp now for 4 years and there's no reason to change. While many of our local traders still won't except card payments without a minimum spend because of the extortionate minimum fee that is added to every transaction, whether our customers spend £1 or £100 the fee remains below 2% for each and every transaction, no minimum transaction fees added. Absolutely recommended!

I use it in my shop. Cheap, looking nice and very fast device. Smart service and customer care good enought . SumUp allows you to accept almost any kind of payment that is not cash with a very low fee for each finalized payment. NO monthly fee No hidden costs or for canceled transactions . Absolutely recommended!

Very nice device, easily stored in box it came with. Excellent battery life. Good Mobile phone app, very easy to use. Excellent fast payout to bank account. Good initial (by phone) contact. Slight delay in getting device (from Germany) to UK. Sign-up procedure was easy, although 'onboarding' was a bit cumbersome but solved within couple of days by email. I mostly have a great experience with SumUp. I have been using it for years now, it's easy to use and it works great. I used to have the pin+ and now I have the air and must admit I usually have to connect the sumup with the phone when powering the sumup, which wasn't the case with the pin+ so I miss that. It takes a little time for the sumup and my phone to connect. But apart from that I'm really happy with my sumup, it's really handy.
