SumUp is easy to use

SumUp is easy to use, and I would give it 5 stars if two niggles were resolved. These are the description you put for each sale doesn't come up on your bank statement, and the records for SumUp payments only go back 6 months. When you are taking payments for several other people, such as in a shared gallery space, this can get complicated, and mention of the comments on the bank statement would make life easier.

I have been using this service for…

I have been using this service for almost two years, absolutely faultless in my experience. Previously I had a system tied to my bank for five years and the charges were quite crippling during out of season periods.

I've been using Sumup for a year now…

I've been using Sumup for a year now across 2 businesses, a hotel and a food franchise. Their service is excellent compared to the absolute bulls*t I've experienced from more established card terminal companies in the past such as Worldpay and first data.Their product is pretty, slick, compact, and fool proof. All my customers comment on how good looking and simple transactions are, it integrates seamlessly with my epos terminal (nobly). I'd really like to try the 3g version due to a ...

Decent Service But Be Aware...

Overall a decent service with a simple to use card reader. Software options at present are a little short of the opposition but hopefully that'll change before long. One major flaw is their charge rate doesn't automatically change. Everybody should check their transaction reports to see what percentage is applied to their account. The 1.69% does not automatically get applied, it is only for those that have signed up at the time of the rate. Everybody else paying more needs to, rather ...
