A great piece of equipment
A great piece of equipment for a small business, allowed me to take card payments for the first time. Affordable and easy to set up - you can take it anywhere, Sometimes a bit slow but that might say more about my phone than my card machine. A wonderful product.

I always find the Sum up team more than helpful to any query, either via phone or email. I would highly recommend Sum up.

I had some initial difficulty setting up my account
I had some initial difficulty setting up the account due to a gmail email issue. It took a little more time than I expected to get Sumup support to figure out the issue but ultimately they did and all is well.

Great product but communication options could be better.
I have to say at the outset that it's a great product! But the information regarding how to use it, for people who are a bit technophobe shall we say, could be better. Changing information was a bit of a problem in that it required emails and waiting for replies etc. Would have preferred it if I could speak to someone so that the resolution to any problems was more immediate. May be simpler now.
