I have a small thrift and vintage business and was thrilled 1) to find a company with a card reader that works in Puerto Rico, 2) to find that it is very affordable to buy, 3) to find straighforward pricing with no monthly fees, 3) to receive the card reader quickly, 4) and to receive excellent customer support via email with the various questions that I have had along the way. Potentially very good essential service…
Potentially very good essential service that’s let down by unnecessary & undesirable processing delay. 1. Unacceptable delay time before money actually/finally arrives into one’s bank account. 2. Nothing is processed on weekends & bank holidays, therefore ensuring delays are even more excruciatingly paint in addition to usual delay of a few says. Faster payments systems/LINK system should not endure such unacceptable delays in 2019. Users of other competitors such as PayPal have reported ...

I have been using sum up for almost a year now. It is fantastic. Simple efficient and money is deposited quickly. And no extra charge for American Express cards!

No monthly fees and great support suits…
No monthly fees and great support suits my occasional business needs. The fees are not the cheapest but as we are seasonal, it works out cheaper than paying fees for the months we wont use.
