Response not instant but reasonably…
Response not instant but reasonably quick considering weekend, but higher usage of equipment then. Disappointed in the reader that its failed with the amount of use that it has had. Support seemed to identify the fault 1st time, Returned process straigtforward. Let's see what happens with new unit

It is very very simple to use , no fuss , job done.
It is very very simple to use even for me that is a techi disaster . Works instantly no matter where you are. They do not bombard you with information afterwards. Couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend.
