Great Device But Flawed tech support
I've had my sumup air device which is a useful gadget for my stall. My only complaint is contacting sumup is a chore, tried several times to replace my missing sumup card. was always on hold for ages. email seems to work, but be preapred for a long wait. the online chat seems to be never manned customer service is good once you get through to someone

Unfair suspension
Sum Up suspended my whole account because one customer challenged a payment. I am not happy that Sum Up made the decision to withhold money due to a false complaint.

Easy to use
Easy to use , great for business at festivals, Would highly recommend it. I am a small crafter and this means my customers can save their case and pay , getting receipts on line so they do not have full pockets of paper, i can also be green by having paper free records. Also deals directly with my bank, so i do not have to carry large amounts of cash and change with me.

Bought the card reader Air enabling…
Bought the card reader Air enabling card sales. Initially it had problems as most of the time the reader did not connect to my mobile. I had to request other traders for card payments for me instead on their machines. On 22nd January the reader played up a lot, in fact other vendors that day too expetienced problems on their sumup readers.
