Customer service is a ball ache
Machines are fine but dealing with customer services is an absolute joke. Hard to get a number, and if you can phone them you can’t ring from a number not on the account. They will not speak to anyone. If it’s stolen and you try to report online, They have to pass it to another department who will contact you via email at some point.
