I have a burgervan on an industrial…
I have a burgervan on an industrial estate , more customers using card as payment. I was very worried about change as used cash for over 17 years. Sum up advised best machine.. 3 g with a sim .. any problems always answer within hours via email or by phone straight away ..excellent customer service , regular payments ..5 star

Blocked Air Card Reader
Our Sumup Air card reader decided to block it's self. One quick email and problem solved. We have a new card reader sent in post within 24hrs and for free (possibly because it was under 12months old) . Excellent customer service.

Ticks a lot of boxes
We've been with SumUp for a while now, first with the Air device that connects to a smart phone and more recently with a couple of standalone 3G devices. It's so refreshing to use up to date technology that isn't wired in to the phone line or router somehow, and we love not paying a monthly fee. Most recently, we've had SumUp added to our website when we were badly let down by the global company that has provided our web payment gateway for years. The big guys don't appreciate micro ...
