I had an issue with my handheld device
I had an issue with my handheld device. My query was dealt with in an efficient and timely manner and the matter has been resolved to my satisfaction. On my experience so far, Sumup has an excellent customer service and I would highly recommend them.

Sum up is a great company who are…
Sum up is a great company who are responsive and intelligent. It is very well organised and efficient. Their card machine allows for my work to be sold at a remote site. I have the card reader in a shop 100 miles away and it is used for sales of my goods, the shop handles a lot of different things so this is a really good way for me to get paid directly for what I sell.

desperate problem with my card…
Having a desperate problem with my card machine, I emailed the customer support team. Who responded within 10minutes! No questions asked, just a quick solution of sending me a new one. Amazing service from Sum Up.

First timers
We are a small local charity and this is the first time we have ever had a card reader. Once ordered the reader arrived quickly (would have been even quicker if Yodel had not sat on it for 2 days). Sumup staff have been brilliant. I am sure some of our questions have seemed daft to them but they have answered everything fully and cheerfully. A pleasure to deal with.

They was ok when we first started…
They was ok when we first started answered everything really fast money within a couple of days.. now taking 5 days for funds transfer (UK cards) generic answers from support staff getting a bit fed up now
