So far , so good Sometimes it takes a while to warm up but I'm pleased with my purchase . Easy to use the sumup 3g , I was a little confused by the sales info, a few failed transactions but realised these were when a transaction had been cancelled/altered . I've given feedback on the wording the summary uses , hopefully it could be made easier to read . I wish it was just *approved, *cancelled or *declined on the end of day data

I’m very happy using the Sumup
I’m very happy using the Sumup. Their new option , mobile payment by sms is great. I’m very surprised because, I wasn’t sure if payment by sms is a good idea.

Together with sumup, we will go far!
Maykol from the Spain department was absolutely perfect. He consider customer and apologize for the incovenient. He is really dedicate to his work. After bad experience , he saved my good opinion about Sumup. Still a big fan ! Keep the line and don't allow bad behaviour from employee who doesn't car about the customer.Thanks a lot for your consideration !

Great machine
A great machine so easy to use money goes into bank next day apart from weekends. Best purchase I have made for my business.
