Very speedy service
My SumUp machine stopped working. As it was in warranty, it was replaced. I gave my address after midday and it was delivered before 9am the following day. Very impressed!

Solid Account Security
I would have absolute trust in Sum-Up as an organisation to manage payments. Recently, our account holder resigned and the account details had to be changed. The process for me was not easy, (difficult access to the original registered email on my side) but each step made perfect sense from a security perspective and eventually the details were changed. Also, the customer service people I spoke to were friendly and professional.

100% a must for any small business.
This is an amazing set up for small business. Card machine is wireless, easy to use, compact and looks good. Payout frequently can be set, I prefer daily. Customer not present option is a help. Love that I can just txt an invoice with payment links. Only thing I wish they would resume is the 'cash advance' Brilliant, quick, cheap way of fast lending without all the hassle. You don't even notice the repayments. This machine is a definite asset to a small business. 100% recommended.

Good solution poor service
The solution and online options are very good and I recommend to all. The customer service is awful. I can’t launch my site as I can’t get answers to simple questions just get pointed to web pages with possible explanations. Days wasted trying to get a person to talk to.

Weekend problems
Sent out a new reader straight away after the weekend ' excellent response ' But due to nobody being at the support centre on a weekend ( and that's when most problem's happen) you feel frustrated msg a bot and because of this you get 4 instead of 5 star's 😉

From a few days I cannot accept…
From a few days I cannot accept payments from my sumup mashine and every time the transaction is declined. Problem is not woth my phone or my bank, but I believe is from the mashine. I restart, installed again but no positive results. I contact the help centre but already 2 days no response from them and I need to use my sumup mashine urgent.
