"The POS for payment"
What do you like best about SumUp? They have excellent assistance, it is free and finally the percentage withheld is very low compared to other competitors. What do you dislike about SumUp? Unfortunately it is not found in all European member States. It would be the best online service for electronic payments. Excellent service so far
Excellent service so far, ordered on a Tues, device arrived on Thurs. Invoicing is easy and straightforward, app is user friendly and on using the chat function online managed to sort a registration malfunction. Haven't used the card reader yet but seems all very easy to understand. Would definitely recommend to a small business looking to start taking remote payments!

Queue the heavenly choir, these guys deliver real customer service.
With a heavy heart and low expectations (years in business had destroyed the very essence of my being) I emailed Customer Service. Expecting the usual, computer says "no" or any excuse to do sweet diddley, nadda, nitchs, I was very pleasantly surprise my problem was solved in a heartbeat. Delighted. Highly recommended.

I had a query about missing payments…
I had a query about missing payments from a recent payout report. I emailed the support team and within a day a personalised, extremely comprehensive and understanding of my concern came back. So very professional. I cannot recommend the Support Team highly enough.

I am very disappointed in the SUM UP…change the USB cable to a normal one
I am very disappointed in the SUM UP card payment system the printed card reader came with a unique designed USB cable that was so badly manufactured it has fallen apart on the very first time it was used it to charge up the card reader and because it is so different to other USB I can find no substitute The so called help page has no phone number to ring them on and the pages of website go round in an endless loop gives you no help and no way to contact them for help .The money I spent on ...
