We’ve used sum-up from the very start, when you plugged a gismo into the top of your phone and swiped your card. Things have changed since then and we now have many options for accepting payments from our customers. Sum-up commission while high, overall we think it’s reasonable, as you only pay the commission for the transaction and that’s it, no rental or other miscellaneous charges that other companies slip in after you sign up. Awesome company!!!!!!!
Great customer service. They take the time to CALL you, instead of just an email with even the smallest issues. Pricing is excellent. Payments are right on time!!! I can't say enough good things about Sum Up. The BEST card reader. I never have an issue with the equipment. Awesome company!!!!.
