Though I was happy to get a replacement…
Though I was happy to get a replacement card reader, I did feel like I was inconveniencing SumUp. Would be nice to be treated as a valued customer instead of a bother. Also, a quicker response would have been nice.

As a taxi driver this sum up air card reader is just what I need. Inexpensive but does the job perfectly. Everything is very user friendly and easy to use.

Very helpful customer service
The SumUp website thought that my company was based in the USA because the language settings on my browser was set as English (USA). The SumUp enquiry team responded to my email within 24 hours and suggested how I could rectify the problem by re-setting my language setting in my browser to English (UK)

SumUp they are great products to use…
SumUp they are great products to use and five star customer service, my card reader blocked itself , no problem they are sending me a new one, I wish everything in life was that simple ! Thank you so much to the gentleman who helped me today and ordered me a new SumUp card reader it was much appreciated. So I give them a 5 star ⭐️ rating .
