I find SumUp to be the best thing for my business since I started fifteen years ago. It is so much better to be able to take a card payment and so much more professional. I am only a one man band repairing golf trolleys but the number of times I get people turning up to collect their trolley and have no cash on them is now a thing of the past. Our SumUp machine had been sitting unused for 17 months in the Museum of Ryde, thanks to Covid. However, after an overnight charge it was ready to go. (The printer still had 30% power left.) It's so simple that our volunteers quickly remembered how to use it, and the majority of visitors, having been accustomed to card payments elsewhere, are happy to see that we've got a machine. The daily usage reports provide a simple way for our treasurer to keep an eye on things, so simple sums up SumUp!
