Difficult to get support.
This company makes it extremely difficult to do business with them. It took me weeks of calling support before I was able to get processing and payouts working and it's very difficult to get someone on the phone to talk to when needed, which is all the more frustrating.

Our Sumup experience so far has not…
Our Sumup experience so far has not been great. Long periods seeing Please Wait. The base has stained badly. Asked them for advice on this and the chat timed out. We keep getting a message "present only one card". We weren't trying anything else. No idea if this is a fault or standard unhelpful statement 🤔 Works okay when it gets there. Might go back to Worldp ay

Sum up is brilliant...very portable, payment is very quick and fuss free, the fee is much less than other merchants, I highly reccomend sum up.
