A good purchase

I had a scheduled call video call with…
I had a scheduled call video call with one of the Sum Up agents ( name withheld ). She apologised that she was not ready or able to take the call - which was ok. She told me numerous times how important my call and feedback was -- afterwards, she sent me an invitation for another video call at 6 am in the morning - I declined and asked for a later call any time between 9 am and 5 pm -- never got any response back -- not impressed
