Totally totally awful company cs…
Totally totally awful company for custoemr service. I ordered machine nothing arrived in 10 days. I needed it more urgently so called. They said prob with Royal Mail system. No further info. Waited couple more days then wrote called and chatted eventually getting a ca manager from India who said it was warehouse system connection with Royal Mail. I asked eta and none could be provided so I asked for refund. He then offered me a voucher to use in the sum up store if I retained my order! I ...
