The SumUp team have really excelled
The SumUp team have really excelled in helping me today. I have had a reader since 2018 which has hardly been used and has always been kept safe. However when I tried to use it for the first time in ages, it would not pair and then came up with it as being blocked. I contacted SumUp worrying that this was going to cost me despite the unit hardly being used as it was over a year old. However, they have been really good and are now replacing the unit for me FOC. Thank you SumUp!

Help with faulty device.
Sumup support responded next day to my request for help with a fault which developed on our terminal. It is frustrating when a device fails but I must say they were very helpful and resolved the issue as quickly as anyone could reasonably expect. We have been using SumUp for 6 years now and have always found them to be professional and courteous. 5 stars from us.

I’m not sure what about those negative reviews, but I have SumUp since 2018. Never have had issue with my reader, nor with any transactions. Everything is on time. I’m happy to be able to use this merchandise and definitely recommend it!
