We've been using sumup for several years now. We have been relatively happy, although we did find it very difficult to get support. They seem to have rectified that problem, as when we had to call this time (twice), the phone was picked up pretty quickly and we got to a helpful person right away. Brilliant service

Brilliant service After reading some negative reviews about this mini card machine I wasn't sure to go for it, but I went as it was on promotion which I only paid £21 to get the card machine sent over to me and it took a few days to arrive, I also got some email confirmations about when the machine was going to arrive. Very nice ! So quickly Onboarding and receiving payments . If SumUp can process all outgoing transfer much more faster ( Current it takes 1-3 working days, longer than expected.) It will be perfect for most of business operations !

1 year of trouble free usage

We started using Sum up about 14 months ago after many years with Worldpay. We started out with the small card reader. Everything seems to be fine, never had a problem taking payments with that . 6 months ago we got the 3g reader and integrated printer base. This unit has proved to be very reliable too and enables you to print a receipt. We ways get our payments into our business account next working day, or two just sometimes. Great, simple, low fee service

I've seen some bad reviews here, and all looks like those negative reviews about Spanish resorts where locals have the nerve to speak Spanish... Anyway, we have a SumUp device and account, we process our payments nucely with these - indeed, some delays in payouts, but expected and normal, after all, the terms, conditions and many other bit of info will let you know about the time for processing transactions before to actually start to use this service.
