Customer Service that actually is customer service.
With SumUp, you buy and thereafter own your payment machine. After about a year, ours developed a problem in that it would not charge unless the connector to the charger was wiggled and pushed until the charging lamp lit. It got progressively worse. One call to support, and a replacement machine was sent out at no charge. That was beyond expectation.

Obviously ideal for people on the move…
Obviously ideal for people on the move 1.69% is fair. The issues I have are if you send a payment link it’s 2.5% not 1.69% also the business account is riddled with bugs, I’ve never yet successfully taken money out myself I’ve always had to sit on chat for 30 mins or more. Also the business account has no real benefit at all they just want you to use their SumUp bank card so they can charge you for withdrawals, so avoid. Apart from that it’s still handy.

Sum up is brilliant I switched from…
Sum up is brilliant I switched from another provider. When I was setting up the system I found the staff extremely helpful. My customers love that they can purchase items on the spot with the hand held machine. I have recommended the Sum Up system to lots of retailers and friends in business.
