Excellent customer service
My card reader arrived very quickly. I had lots of questions as a tiny start up (lockdown hobby turning into tiny Etsy / craft stall business), and I received excellent communication and quick solutions on the online chat and through emailing. I had issues around verifying my identity having recently got married and changed my last name, but they sorted it in super quick time. I'm very happy I chose to get a card reader from SumUp and I definitely recommend them!

Updating sumup device .
I was having problems getting card payments with my sumup device .I got in touch with sumup and they took awhile to answer but did respond eventually after one to two weeks .they explained how to sort out the update needed which I have now done .I couldn't understand why every morning my device says looking for updates and small improvements but didn't do this update .maybe next time such an update is needed they should email customers explaining .

Very impressed with SumUp so far
I've been very impressed with SumUp. As the owner of 2 small businesses, the fees are reasonable for point of sale and reports are good too.
