Very Disappointing

Ordered 6 items from Next totaling £655.00 on the 03/04/22, due to me putting in the wrong delivery they had to refund me. The refund of £655.00 was split over the 6 individual item's The refund was processed by Next on 05/04/22 I have supplied the ARN details it is now the 20/04/22 and still no refund received!! Called, emailed but nothing. Not a good service,will now will be looking elsewhere for a better service.

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs. Set up this account a few weeks back as a start up account and all was going well for the first few weeks. I had an email requesting more information which I sent them, but then had a reply saying my account was suspended and closed. I wouldn't mind so much but I got a few hundred in the account which I can't get as even though they have closed my account they say I can have it for at least 60 days. Spoilt easter for my kids as we did have plans but due to them closing ...

Avoid at all costs. Set up this account a few weeks back as a start up account and all was going well for the first few weeks. I had an email requesting more information which I sent them, but then had a reply saying my account was suspended and closed.
