Very Disappointing
Ordered 6 items from Next totaling £655.00 on the 03/04/22, due to me putting in the wrong delivery they had to refund me. The refund of £655.00 was split over the 6 individual item's The refund was processed by Next on 05/04/22 I have supplied the ARN details it is now the 20/04/22 and still no refund received!! Called, emailed but nothing. Not a good service,will now will be looking elsewhere for a better service.

Avoid at all costs
Avoid at all costs. Set up this account a few weeks back as a start up account and all was going well for the first few weeks. I had an email requesting more information which I sent them, but then had a reply saying my account was suspended and closed. I wouldn't mind so much but I got a few hundred in the account which I can't get as even though they have closed my account they say I can have it for at least 60 days. Avoid at all costs. Set up this account a few weeks back as a start up account and all was going well for the first few weeks. I had an email requesting more information which I sent them, but then had a reply saying my account was suspended and closed.
