Useless, faceless and abjectly disappointing - AVOID!

Unfortunately I had to put one star, but they're not even worthy of that. One purchased card reader for £140 and our first transaction has resulted in closure of our profile and withholding of over £1000 for the next two months, citing Financial Regulations. No clear explanation. Appalling call centre support. This is a scam do not use them if you are a business they will cripple you and freeze your money for no reason at all. Stay away from them. We have had one chargeback since using your company look at the level of payments we process this is natural and not a reason to with hold our funds its ridiculous. No one has answered our questions or attempted to help us I guess you just dont care about your merchants.

Very Disappointing

Ordered 6 items from Next totaling £655.00 on the 03/04/22, due to me putting in the wrong delivery they had to refund me. The refund of £655.00 was split over the 6 individual item's The refund was processed by Next on 05/04/22 I have supplied the ARN details it is now the 20/04/22 and still no refund received!! Called, emailed but nothing. Not a good service,will now will be looking elsewhere for a better service.

Very Disappointing

Ordered 6 items from Next totaling £655.00 on the 03/04/22, due to me putting in the wrong delivery they had to refund me.
