Absolutely disgusting service holding my money for 7 day and still beating around the bush account still frozen and causing my credit file to have impacts and missed payments on there after spend years building it up They have really let me down and I wouldn’t recommend them to any one as there customers Service is a right joke so suggest you look elsewhere for a better supplier

Great for my occasional craft shows
Great for my occasional craft shows. In the past I've lost sales because of only taking cash. Having Sumup to take card payments has increased my sales.

Scammers! The team is always busy and not picking calls
I opened an account and was closed same day, but already had payment scheduled to come in. The payment was successfully and pay into the account. Sum up have refused to released the payment or returned the funds back to sender. It’s over 3 weeks now
