A little machine which doesn't let you down

I have been using Sumup for about a year now. Very easy to use, fees paid are minimal and machine has not let me down at all. Recently referred to a colleague looking for a point of sale machine, he obtained and used and I received a very welcome monetary reward. Definitely worth getting and using this little machine!

Very quick to set up and easy to use

Very quick to set up and easy to use. Money arrives the next day and it’s so much easier than dealing with cash or cheques.

Great Product.

Great Product.. I have recommended it to family and friends and earned money by doing this. Refer a friend is a great scheme. Funds are given back extremely quickly, charges are minimal.

I have been using different payment methodes via different companies like Paypal, CabApp, Izzette etc. I can confirm that SumUp by far is the cheapest most reliable and quick. The commission is low, it is easy to register and set up and most importantly, it is very quick when charging a customer. I am very happy with it and I strongly recommend it to anyone. Thank you SumUp for making this part of my business so easy.

Totally unreliable

I have now traded at two festivals using SumUp 3G Printer card reader. The first saw the machine seize-up showing only coded message. Online communication queued so long connection expired twice! Finally get thru to be told the problem is terminal and not to worry, a refund to my account will be arranged! Luckily shops were still open so I could buy a bog standard terminal but 2+ hours unable to accept card payments was an expensive lesson; the new terminal also tethered to my phone so I ...

Worst Customer Service

We have been using SumUp for over a year we have the small SumUp Air and the purchased the SumUp 3G We then decided to purchase the new Solo (big mistake). We set it up and tried to use it but it would not work so contacted SumUp we were told that this would be passed onto the relevant department to solve the issue within 24 hours. 24 hours came and went no contact from SumUp so much expediting the matter.
