I recommend Sumup to everyone who owns a business, the payouts are really fast, that way you can always provide for the shipping. They also support every payment option, Sumup is the way to go!

Customer support offer no support
Joined in January. Sum up failed to notify us that the account hadn't been fully verified. Tried to verify the account and was told it'd be a couple of days. 10 days later nothing. Try to use the support chat.... Can't tell you as it's a different team. Can't talk to this "team" can only email them.... Which was done 10 days ago. Support team tell me to email them to find out why they haven't replied back to an email I've sent.... Can SumUp not see the lack of logic applied to that ...

Scammed for £529 using these.
I got scammed for £529 by a person claiming to be an employee of this company. They knew a lot of my details which was very suspect. SumUp turned their back on me and I have lost the money for good!!! They said I could carry on taking payments but they wouldn't pay me out until they have finished their investigation and yet ONE WEEK later, still not sorted. That could have been thousands of pounds they'd have of mine.
