Appalling customer service - no-one knows how to integrate sumup to a website - action is not happening at all

SumUp system fault

A customer ordered and paid for an item from our online shop but due to a error the SumUp system did not generate an order so we have a very unhappy customer and a very frustrated charity as SumUp have not offered any compensation for the damage to our reputation nor are they even returning any fees. I am absolutely shocked at how bad my experience has been so far with Sumup. I opened an account, two payments of £50 were taken via the card reader and immediately deposited in a new business account they had opened for me - an account I never asked for and don’t want! I have since linked up my own business account that was really painful and took ages. Now I am still waiting for the original £100 to be transferred over. I am absolutely shocked at how bad my experience has been so far with Sumup. It's the worse of all

It's the worse of all! Never put the money in your account the next day. They stop my deposits for a transaction of 1,000 dollars and require a bunch of stuff. Thank God I use clover for my store. I asked what I do with the machine, and after four months, they said I could throw it. These people don't believe in recycling? Terrible Customer Service

Sum Up is a great business tool

I started using Sum Up a couple of years ago. It’s a safe and efficient way to manage my pain therapy business as well as providing easy payment for my clients. It’s also more hygienic than taking physical money, helping to keep my working environment in my clinic clean. Great, too, to use the financial reports that can be given to my accountant and keep me on track with my business.
