Ridiculous replies and no contact from senior management. Do not follow guidelines set by FSA and SRA. They do not have the correct training and do not show empathy for mental health or customer needs through this economic crisis. Still refuse to let money for a whole month due to lack of comms on their side. Disgusting service and have written to FOS in regards to this. Do not help at all until trustpilot reviews are left, I have raised an official complaint and had no response

Avoid.
You buy the terminal, sign up, start taking payments, great. Then the questions come, they stop your incoming payments, block transfers, your incoming money disappears and you are unable to move your money out or receive payments. I lost customers and trust. I’ve used the competition for years no probs. I’ve now switched back to the competition terminal.

Bought picture for £3k on approval
Bought picture for £3k on approval, when I returned it sumup said the £60 fee still had to be paid as money had reached sellers bank account. It didn’t cost me anything but put me in an awkward situation, I would therefore avoid paying like this in the future

Love it
I love my sum up machine after the pandemic hit so many of my customers asked if they could pay on card so I took the plunge and set up an account and I've never looked back!
