It is so easy to use and not too expensive. I don’t use often but always enjoy getting it out and able to sell to all as cards are so much more prevalent.

Don’t understand why people don’t like it, there card machines are brilliant payment comes straight to you in 1-3 days, you can connect you bank or they send you a SumUp buissness card for the money to come in to, they take a small percentage that ain’t the nicest, websites really easy to make and for customers to use, I get emails when payments gone to my bank and when I made a sale

Service is good and usually quick but have not a little delay due to technical issues. I only use as a last result as the interest rate on the paylink is quite expensive at 2.4%. I would definitely use more and promote if the rates were cheaper. But good service usually.

I cannot reply to their email, it bounces, I have tried support@sumup, onboarding@sumup, wecare@sumup ( that last one is laughable ). I have copied myself into these emails and I receive them so why don't Sumup? When I call, ...

Absolutely hiddeous for 3 reasons::

Absolutely hiddeous for 3 reasons:: 1: There customer support is non existent. They shut my account without any prior warning and when I phoned them to query why, they said they could do that and didn't have to justify why. They just didn't support my business. We are a bar and had a private function booked for Wednesday night. This was Monday afternoon. They took all the money from my account and left me with nothing. If you are a bar, restaurant, coffee house etc, stay well clear, because ...

Cowboys company

Think, before you starting business with Sumup. If you in UK, you can't setup direct debit. Actually in UK you can only pay % from your trading and instead of this Sumup give you only middle finger. My business starting growing and i have a problem with my events providers, as Sumup not allowed to make direct debit. I try twice contact customer support on 20/3/23, afternoon. First lady, after reading my questions, left chat without explanation. Second lady, after answering a few question, ...
