SumUp is perfect for a small business. No contract, complete transparency re charging, the ability to put through virtual payments. Transfers are prompt. Very happy with everything so far.

SumUp makes my life easier…

SumUp makes my life easier by schools/teachers/customers not worrying about cash or if they can’t pay by bacs (schools) so they - for a small additional fee can pay with the payment link! Get paid faster so cash flow is managed better - thanks!

An excellent product that I've been using for my business for years now. Reasonable rates, very easy to use and would thoroughly recommened.

SumUp changed my business

SumUp changed my business! It was recommended to me by another small trader. I’d been using another way of taking card payments but it was unreliable and expensive. SumUp is so simple to set up and use and very reliable. At just 1.69% it’s well within my budget too. I recommend it to everyone!

Prompt payments, usually easy logging-on.

Prompt payments and usually card reader links up quickly. However, system gets overloaded about lunchtime and logging-on either doesn't happen or takes ages. Frustrating for our customers.

CANNOT GIVE A ZERO...

Multiple emails sent to the DPO email address, 2 weeks later ZERO response, multiple phone calls to "support" only to be told they cannot help as nobody can contact the DPO team outside of leaving a message in my notes. £50k in transactions with missing data and I cannot get ANYONE to help. Safe to say that regardless of the outcome now I am done with this "provider"

Extremely Poor Customer Service Experience - Strongly Advise Against Using SumUp

The three significant issues I encountered highlight the company's abysmal customer service and I would strongly discourage anyone from using their services. These problems include the absence of a system to confirm suitability prior to purchase, an unacceptable delay in response time to my inquiries, and an astonishingly lengthy refund process. My experiences with SumUp are always…

My experiences with SumUp are always very positive, whether it be the payouts or customer service. Payment is usually made extremely quickly and reports of payments are always easy to understand. I have not spoken with the customer service team for quite a while but their understanding and dealing with any queries is 'gold standard'.
