Having used other epos systems in the past, I have to say that SumUp system is by far the best. I have everything I need and it's simple to use.

Nice and easy to use
Nice and easy to use, makes receiving payments by Card very easy, customers can just tap their card or phone against your phone or card reader. Great service

Absolutely disgusting customer service
Absolutely disgusting customer service. Mia sold a POS system. Now can’t even talk to someone to cancel , after many promises to have a call back with a manager we are a year in paying £49 ish PM for. Service we have never used and never needed. They are ignoring all of my emails and requests for help. I am about to move all of my money and card machines because I’m so frustrated with them. If you are considering sum up for your business I’d suggest you go elsewhere… very upset and ...
