I applied for a chargeback months ago…
I applied for a chargeback months ago for someone who took my money but didn't send the goods. Still waiting for some correspondence that is not the same questions over and over again. I can rarely get on their website to see my bank details and transactions. No impressed.

Game changer for small businesses
As a small business owner, SumUp was a game changer when I bought a payment unit about five years ago. No longer having to wait for payments into my bank account, I could get paid there and then, wherever I was. It’s very easy to use and the commission rates are so reasonable. Great experience.

I like the flexibility of the payments, but the customer service is a scripted loop.
I like the flexibility of the company, however, my Sumup reader stopped working mid transaction, a lady put her card in, a series of text info came up, then the screen changed to "device blocked". The company keeps repeating at me that I dropped the device, or I exposed it to extremes of temperature. Neither of these things is the case.
