Useless support continues to be…
Useless support continues to be useless. “Account being verified, we will contact you” ad infinitum. Total tosh. No doubt Sumup will respond to this review, unfortunately it is the only way they contact you. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY

Easy to use
Easy to use , prompt payments, they keep you well informed so overall really good the only problem I’ve had is with the terminal I’ve got the one with the SIM card in and it broke after about nine months but it could of been me so I just bought another one for £100 way cheaper than the other company I had

Corrupt Company.. Stay Clear!!!
Absolute disgrace of a company… Quick enough to take peoples money and send them out faulty readers that don’t work and can’t/won’t solve the problem..passing you off to another robot.. Won’t answer emails phone etc. Wasted over a year trying to deal with Indian robots who robbed my money.. eventually took my business elsewhere… six machines I purchased from them and not one of them working.. I have seeked legal advice along with 30 other customers who were conned too, in the hope of ...

Took my money, blocked my account and ran. No support.
Registered for card reader as an individual (not business). They took my money, told me they couldn't actually provide the service to me (understandable since im not a business - thats fair enough), blocked my account, dispatched the card terminal anyway and didn't automatically refund me. Cant live chat without an account and no phone/email listed on their website. I have used the sales form, but if that doesnt work, will likely need to do a card charge back. Hard avoid for personal use ...
