Well I have been with sum up now for a while. I think it is good but there could be some improvement on the connection side of things. Some days it is very hard to get the connection. I often say could it not work by voice, if it did transactions would be a lot quicker between customer and I. Thank you.

Excellent service

Timothy quickly worked out the cause of my difficulty and not only clarified the situation but advised me how to resolve it. He then made sure he stayed connected until he was sure the problem was resolved.

Lack of technical support offered.

I am currently in the process of complaint. After an update to my SumUp App, I have been unable to log back in to the app and therefore unable to use my Sumup Air. The issue was reported to Sumup 5 days ago and they still have been unable to resolve. Just being fobbed off by customer services. Very poor service.

Sumup faulty reader & trying to get a refund

My sumup reader arrived and worked ok for 48 hours. Then it's all gone downhill from there!! I have returned the faulty one and they sent me a new one but put the wrong address on it so it is now"lost" in the royal mail system & sum up insist that I must track it down & change the address but this is impossible and its not how the postal system works. The person receiving a parcel cannot just ring up and change the address the sender needs to do this but sumup don't seem to be able to grasp ...

A waste of money

We bought 2 SumUp Solo machines for a village charity fund raising event just over a year ago. They were were only used on that day. We put them away, boxed, in working order and, this week, took them out to use for our village show. One is working, the other is blocked. It can't be unblocked and is out of warranty by 2 months according to SumUp customer services.They asked for a receipt yet all the information is on the reader! Sum up after one large Pop Up Sale…

After using the Air Sum Up machine quite successfully for one Pop Up Sale whiich I had. .it suddenly stopped working. When I checked with the Company, they wanted me to buy another machine!! I wouldn't trust them.!! I think that is probably what they do after a certain amount of sales are reached to boost their income.although they would miss out on the commission.
