They permanenetly cancelled my account…
They permanenetly cancelled my account after one day even after I provided all the necessary documents they asked for. The payment in question was literally from my own father, and I provied birth certificate and ID photos to prove this. I would avoid Sumup at all costs, they will charge you for recieveing money and then hold onto your money for no reason. Even after providing the service. I would avoid at all costs, there much better options out there. 49808301 personal case number.
