Rubbish customer service!!
Rubbish customer service!!! Sumup’s system charged my customer 3 times!! I had to call to get 2 of them refunded. Waited on the chat for 30 minutes . Advisor Albert was useless as he just cut and paste a reply without actually reading the problem. I couldn’t refund on the app, as the payout had been done already (terrible system from Sumup!) then he cut the line!!! Arrrggh! So back on the chat for another 40 minutes, where the next advisor said I needed to transfer the money to Sumup’s ...

Akshay was excellent with his approach and delivery and offered brilliant customer service for a long standing customer with multiple businesses. Would highly recommend SumUp to any business owner out there

Customer Service was not helping at…
Customer Service was not helping at all. I was requesting for a change of email address because the email that was registered has been deactivated and I have no access to login to SumUp invoicing account to cancel the account. They keep on telling to send email from the registered email address and could not help to cancel my subscription even though I'm not using anymore.
