Not responding to fraud
Please can you help me, I am waiting for a payment of £221 to clear because I used sumup to make a purchase on PriceShooter and I found out that PriceShooter is a scam so I have requested a refund but now I'm receiving advanced payment fees from sum up for a fridge freezer that I will never receive. No customer service at all. I am just a mum who was trying to buy a new fridge freezer for my kids.

I have been using the sum-up for almost 5 years. no issues till now. I'll be happy if the commission goes down a bit but it's very reliable.

My problems were solved but it took a while. 3 consecutive replacement sum up solo machines were supplied quite quickly, each one going wrong. The fact that they are unreliable is a big problem. I eventually returned the final solo and bought a 3G sum up from Amazon. That machine does seem reliable.

Life saver to take card payments without hassel
I bought a sum up last year when I urgently needed to be able to take payments for an up coming market. Set up was a breeze, and I use it now every few months with no hassle at all. Trusty part of my market kit. Easy app set up, with quick payouts and ability to give customers e-receipts. Also lovely that Ian a Director at sum up popped into the shop today to get some feedback today - nice touch.

Best option for small businesses
For My small business my sum up card reader has been better than any other card reader I've had. It's easy to use reliable and convenient. Perfect for use at my workshop and ideal for external events. I regularly recommend sum up to my friends. Brilliant service.
