Inability to receive a refund
I have been trying to obtain a refund from this company since I returned a Sumup card reader and printer package on 10/10/23, as it did not work. Purchased 25/9/23 I have sent the invoice and Post Office Track and Trace receipt as scans, on 4 separate occasions, as they kept asking me for the information, as they said they hadn't had it. Then they have told me that they have replaced the unit - no, they haven't - I purchased a further unit from Amazon. They should know that they have not ...
