BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE: Polite but provided no solutions, after days of claiming to be working with guys in the back room. Customer facing staff need to have product knowledge in order to actually help, apologies and empty promises do nothing to solve problems.
