A few improvements needed but great overall.
SumUp is a very easy to use service and it’s a huge help for my small business. If I had any minor criticism, the customer service isn’t the best. The call centre can be extremely frustrating to deal with, as can the automated chat. With this said, I do still recommend them as a company.

I’ve been using bark for almost 2 years…
I’ve been using bark for almost 2 years for my cleaning business. It is informative & precise. It has many useful options from back dating financial records to sending customers regular invoices. The small percentage that is taken for the privilege of using the app is priceless. Helen @ High Standard Housekeeping

Since I found SumUp I have never had a reason to try anything else. Very easy to use, low commission rate. I can take card payments anywhere. All in all excellent. I’ve been using SumUp for a number of years and never had a problem.
