Don't buy any expensive device from sumup.
Don't buy any expensive device from sumup, they will definitely block it after one year when the warranty period has gone. I joined the sumup one year ago with solo device. After one year they blocked my solo for no reason. Today I tried to solve this issue with them and they said I need buy new device because it's blocked permanently.

Avoid at all costs
I purchased two card readers for a clothes sale at our church and opened an account. We used one machine, which seemed to work on the day. I then received a notification from Sum Up that our account had been flagged as suspicious and permanently blocked. There was no right of appeal. I cannot access the account to see what the "suspicious" payment was. It seems we cannot access the £300 taken on the day. There is no telephone number on the website and emails have been ignored or answered ...
