Terrible company to deal with.
Terrible company to deal with. I have been a costumer for more than 4 years. They holding payments for more than 10 days without be able to explain me the reason of that delay. No answer on my emails or calls.

SumUp, a Company that is with you.
Somebody to talk to through the App anytime. Card Machine crashed, new one with me within 2 days. Helpful, fast and understanding. If you are looking for a new card machine or POS system don't look past SumUp. Easy to use and the Back Up when you need it!

Absolutely terrible services
Absolutely terrible services! The machine did not work properly! Just problems over and over again. Very poor customer support! We contact them many times and there was always issue with something. We have spent plenty of working time and sent over log of documents, ID's, filled and signed forms, but it wasn't good enough.And the result is they blocked our account. I highly recommend avoid this crap scam company!

Absolutely abysmal service
Absolutely abysmal service. Was trying to order the terminal and needed to reach out to the team about some difficulties. I talked to a few chatbots until I was able to talk to an actual person on the phone who was immediately super unfriendly and acted like I was bothering him with dumb questions. I immediately requested the deletion of my newly founded account and will use a different service instead. I am actually a bit taken aback by how horrible this experience was right off the bat.

Sumup is just so easy to use
Sumup is just so easy to use. I can take payments at events, and send payment links where needed to make it easier for customers to pay. I can pay by bank transfer out of my funds, and have a handy prepayment card to pay wherever takes visa
