They were recommended by a friend and I had nothing but trouble since opening the account. First off the card wouldn't activate and their incompetent support said they'd get back to me they never did so when I asked again they asked me to try making a payment? Of course it got declined because the card was never activated. They then said I permanently blocked the card by accident which was impossible because it was never even activated. 1 star One star recommendation. I did not have a good review. I left my friends, I was then charged for £120. I can’t believe it.I was then left enough money for £120. That’s it..I wish I could relax and enjoy this flex day off. I will be complaining about them.

Most dishonest company I've ever dealt with. I've already left one review and updated it. Sum up responded with their generic bs saying my case will be escalated and is high priority. They still have $1133 that hasn't been deposited into my business account. I've given them every document they've asked for at least 3 times now. They have zero competent people in phone support. The SumUp machine is a great electronic device for taking payment. Their customer service is absolutely awful though. It is so poor. They could not help with the simplest of questions and I kept getting off.
