Love this machine
Love this machine. Invaluable for a small business owner. Easy to set up and use with my mobile phone. Decent fee rates. Had it for a few years now and would not want to change

Okay so far!
Okay so far! I found it easy enough to set up the account and start invoicing customers. However once the invoice had been paid and some of the goods received by the customer, the payment cleared into my business account I am unable to transfer to my personal account + my card hasn't arrived yet so I have no access to my funds. To their credit sum up promptly made me aware of why this was happening as I needed to confirm a few details & my identity. I have sent off the relevant documents ...

A helpdesk that's actually helpful. Refreshing!
I made a few basic errors setting up my SumUp and the help team were really efficient and understanding, getting me back on the right track with a minimum of fuss.
