ZERO protection from Fraudulent Chargebacks
The reader works fine. The problem is I have now received 2 fraudulent chargebacks from clients that actually used my services and SumUp does not assist you in any way. The first time they told me the documents I sent were not enough and that I needed to send more, I did like 30 minutes later and they replied that it was too late and I needed to pay 500 Euros to keep fighting the chargeback.
