Overseas transaction going bad
I used SumUp for an overseas transaction where I wasn’t too sure of the customer. Turns out my gut feeling was right and I contacted Sum Up to cancel the transaction immediately which was out of hours by email. I heard back from them several days later and the transaction had been cancelled, but was told to contact them during office hours. I thought a potential fraud would be acted on by 24 hour staff as it is a global payment system and they would like to know about it, instead I was made ...
