I have been using their machine for a couple of years and the machine is for the most part good. I have dropped it and it remains working unlike some other reviews. The reader holds a charge forever! I only need to charge it once a year, but don’t use it more than once twice a week. Free online banking is a plus. I would have given more stars but as in most cases it isn’t when things go right, it is how the company acts when things go wrong…. Support is dreadful. You have to go past the AI ...

It's great that I have the sumup card…
It's great that I have the sumup card and I can put it to my website. I find it abit confusing to give refunds and im unable to connect to my quick books account but happy with the service I have from them
