Excellent for Start Up! smaller business owners
For newer smaller business owners, a financial home that is not stressful as a startup. Everything in one place and the app is very user friendly. Money always goes into account no longer than 24hrs.

Best decision I made
Best decision I made for card payments and sending payment links. Being able to give physical receipts at time of purchase is appreciated by my customers too. I've also used tge email receipt function with no problems. Payments are made to my bank promptly. I would recommend Sum-up to businesses, large or small, there is a service to suit all.

Lack of Support …
We ran into a problem about 2 weeks ago & device blocked & we could not contact anyone in SUMUP or get support no matter how we tried. We were forced to look at other ways of taking card payments so we have changed to a rival method
